The Extension is designed to facilitate the internal management of tasks and time logging for employees of WeeTech Solution Pvt Ltd. This Extension is exclusively for the use of WeeTechies and is not available to the public or external clients.

2. Data Collection and Usage

The Extension is designed to interact solely with the WorkSuite internal web platform to manage your professional tasks and time logs.

A. Information Collected (Task & Time Logging Data)

The Extension collects and transmits the following types of information to the WorkSuite internal platform:

B. Data Sourced from External Websites

The core feature of the Extension is the ability to create tasks directly from external websites (e.g., Gmail, GitHub, Trello, etc.).

  • What is Captured: The Extension only captures data that is explicitly selected, copied, or used by the WeeTechie to create a task (e.g., a subject line from an email, a ticket title from GitLab, or a URL).
  • How it is Used: This data is immediately and securely transmitted to your WorkSuite account upon user action (e.g., clicking “Create Task”).
  • What is NOT Captured: The Extension does not passively monitor or log your browsing history, keystrokes, or any data from external websites that is not actively used by you to generate a task or time log.

C. Authentication Data (WorkSuite Credentials)

  • The Extension directly utilizes the session and credentials of your current, active login to the WorkSuite internal web platform.
  • The Extension does not store or transmit your password. It leverages the existing authenticated session to communicate with the WorkSuite API. If you log out of WorkSuite, the Extension will cease functionality until you log back in.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Location: All collected data is stored securely on the WorkSuite internal servers, managed by WeeTech Solution Pvt Ltd.
  • Security: Data transmission between the Extension and WorkSuite is encrypted using standard security protocols (e.g., HTTPS/SSL). As an internal tool, access to the data is strictly governed by the internal security and access policies of WeeTech Solution Pvt Ltd.

4. Control Over Your Data

As this Extension is an internal corporate tool, your data management is governed by the employment and internal policies of WeeTech Solution Pvt Ltd.

  • You can view, edit, or delete the task and time log data collected by the Extension directly within the WorkSuite web platform.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our internal processes or compliance requirements. Any changes will be updated on the WorkSuite platform and communicated to WeeTechies.
